Refund policy

Compounded Medications Because all medications are compounded to order for individual patients, they cannot be returned or resold once dispensed. All sales of compounded prescription medications are final.

If you believe you received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@restorepharmaceuticals.com. We will review the dispensing records and, if an error occurred on our part, we will recompound and reship at no charge.

Consultation Fees The consultation fee is non-refundable once a physician has reviewed your intake form, regardless of whether a prescription was issued. If a consultation has not yet been reviewed, please contact us within 24 hours to request a refund.

Shipping We are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post or courier services. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will investigate.
