Step 1 — Physician
Select the appropriate medication from our prescription template. Fax the completed script directly to Restore Pharmaceuticals at 1-905-232-1186.
Step 2 — Patient Support
Our Restore Patient Support Team offers a consultant pharmacist for private reimbursement support, insurance counselling, and patient onboarding.
Step 3 — Delivery
The compounded product is prepared in our NAPRA-accredited lab and shipped directly to the patient's home with free tracked delivery across Ontario.
